The Training in Transfusion Medicine Sub-Committee report is made available to all members. Discussions with Prof Alan Waters, (inaugural editor of Transfusion Medicine), pave the way for future publications of ASM abstracts internationally. The Christchurch ASM is with the NZ Society for Haematology & RCPA. Professor Laurie Petz delivers the inaugural Ruth Sanger Oration.
