COVID CAN’T STOP ANZSBT EDUCATION & RESEARCH SUPPORT

We celebrate a CSL-Behring £40K postgraduate scholarship for a young researcher enrolled at an Australasian university, focusing on the clinical use of a CSL-Behring blood product.

ANZSBT contributes to Nurse Practitioner Prescribing Guidelines and makes a trailblazing application for a Quality Use of Pathology Products (QUPP) grant (Department of Health & Aged Care).

The Second Edition of Guidelines for the Laboratory Estimation of Foeto-Maternal Haemorrhage is published, and Guidelines for Implementation & Use of Electronic Medical Records for Transfusion are finalised.

The Australian & New Zealand Society of Blood Transfusion (ANZSBT) aims to engage with stakeholders in all areas of transfusion through communication, representation and advocacy.
