INTENSE PLANNING FOR ISBT 1986 - ANZSBT History Project

A combined ASBT/HSA Council meeting agrees to subsidise travel grants for ISBT attendance. A new sub-committee for development of Guidelines for Cross Matching & Antibody Screening is created. Co-option of non-voting members (including NZ members) to Council for a 2-year term is cautiously adopted in light of the new constitution.

The Australian & New Zealand Society of Blood Transfusion (ANZSBT) aims to engage with stakeholders in all areas of transfusion through communication, representation and advocacy.
