AUSTRALASIAN SOCIETY OF BLOOD TRANSFUSION VOTED IN

At the AGM a constitutional amendment to change the society’s name to Australasian Society of Blood Transfusion is unanimously carried. NZ & Pacific neighbour members now fully embraced. Planning for ISBT 1986 begins; Drs Gordon Archer & Helen Bashir are nominated President & Secretary General for the combined ISBT/ASBT/HSA meeting.
